After graduation from Arizona State University, Dr. Brannon moved to Texas and attended the Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1980. Dr. Brannon received his Texas Dental Board license in 1981 and Arizona Dental Board license shortly after. Returning to Arizona, Dr. Brannon opened his first private practice on 44th Street in Phoenix. Dr. Brannon is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Central Arizona Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Arizona Dental Association.

Dr. Mark Brannon's passion for fixing things, which led him to pursue a career in dentistry, extends to his hobby of restoring historic racing cars. He has a deep love for cars and enjoys bringing them back to their former glory. His competitive spirit, which also motivated him to start his own dental practice, has driven him to take his hobby to the next level. He began racing the restored cars and quickly proved to be a skilled and talented driver. Over the years, Dr. Brannon has won four championships, two of which were Indy and two National championships. This demonstrates his dedication and commitment to both his profession and his hobby, and his success in both areas is a testament to his hard work and passion.
